Please follow these steps carefully to set up Emoji ✔:
1. Check to make sure you're on the latest iPhone SOFTWARE version.
2. Open the emoji app and press the small information button ONCE. When done correctly you should see "need Support...". 

3. When you have done step 2 correctly, exit the app and go to your iPhone Settings App.

4. Go to Keyboard > international > add new keyboard > Emoji.

5. Emoji is now activated. You will notice that whenever the keyboard appears there is now a small globe button next to the space bar. This button opens up emoji keyboard!

6. Restart your phone.
